Self Catering Cottage rates for 2010 - 2011
October to March - £ 500 Per week
April , May and September - £ 600 Per week
June, July and August - £ 700 Per week
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
LETTING: The house is let on a weekly basis from 3pm Saturday and must be vacated by 11 am the following Saturday.
PAYMENTS: A deposit of 25% payable by cheque is required to confirm the booking. The balance to be paid in full, a minimum of six weeks before the commencement of the let. A £50 security bond is to be paid; this will be fully refunded should the property be left in an appropriate manner.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to the let need to be made in full at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel for any reason, we must be notified by telephone immediately and cancellation must be confirmed in writing within five days .In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the property, only when this is possible will we reimburse you in full. However we strongly advise you to take out travel insurance to protect you against additional costs.
ADVERSE TRAVEL CONDITIONS: Travel to the island can occasionally be disrupted due to bad weather. Where there are ferry/plane disruptions due to weather, technical fault/ breakdowns or any form of industrial action, Lag na Mara cannot be held responsible for non-arrival and no refund will be given.
PROTECT YOUR HOLIDAY: To minimise to cost and inconvenience of cancelled bookings we strongly advise you to take out holiday insurance. You may otherwise have to forfeit the full cost of your holiday in some circumstances.
VEHICLES/PERSONAL POSSESIONS: Vehicles, accessories and contents are left at their owner’s risk. The proprietors will not be held responsible for any loss or damage or any injury to persons not caused through the fault of the owners.
CLEANING; The property should be left in a clean and tidy state. Any damages must be reported prior to departure .If the property is left in an inappropriate manner the cleaning bond may be with held.
RESTRICTION ON RENTAL: We reserve the right to remove person or persons from the property due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy. In this case refund will be at the discretion of the owners.
SMOKING: There is a no smoking policy in Lag na Mara.
PETS: Sorry but we cannot accept pets.
